I'll try to get you started.

Projman is a CMF-aware Zope product. Install it as you would install any
other CMF product using an install external method (see quickinstaller, etc.)

Once installed in your CMF or Plone site, projman has registered new content
types : tasks, resource-sets and resources.

Create tasks, resource-sets and resources as you would create any other
CMF/Plone content. Task can be nested to allow you to build a hierarchy
describing your project in term of tasks and subtasks.

Tasks can point to resources. Resources are created in resource sets.

Look into portal_skins to find the slots and actions you can use and
register in your site. If a resource has the same id as a user login,
that user will see his tasks appear in slots and tasks tables.

We will soon add a howto, hope this will be enough to get your on track.
