no I'm not sure. As debian user, we're not regular easy_install user. I should 
have fixed the show stopper regarding logilab subpackages easy_install 
support, but I've not checked more actually. If easy_install doesn't install 
dependencies, this is a bug and please fill (or ask someone to) a ticket.
