Systematic testing on another machine shows that the messages are unrelated:
"Exception RuntimeError: 'maximum recursion depth exceeded in
__subclasscheck__' in <type 'exceptions.AttributeError'> ignored" comes
with 2.6, not with 2.5. Does it work for you with 2.6?
The test failures is seen with both 2.5 and 2.6 if the rpm with
logilab-astng-0.17.4, but it works fine with current tip of
python-logilab-astng. So apparently contrary to what README says
logilab-astng version = 0.17.4 isn't enough for development where the
testsuite should run without errors?
