[Python-projects] status on bug 4601?

Hello,

I just got hit by the "Exception: NotFoundError: ItemDataRole"
exception referenced by 4601 when I tried to run pylint on a project
that's using PyQt4.

It's pretty old, so is it not expected to be fixed? There was a patch
in the debian bug which I could apply to my local copy, but it'd be
great if there was a real fix. Thanks so much.
