[Python-projects] pylint install problem

Hi,

I hope this is the right address  for my issue:

I tried installing pylint 0.15 with easy_install and from
the ziped sources.
Both methods failed, because bin/epylint.bat was missing.
As a work around (I do not use emacs), I created an
empty epylint.bat file, and "python setup.py install"
worked.

I'm using Windows XP + Enthoughts Python Edition
(Python 2.5.2) and cygwin.
