I can't, but you certainly can do something. It looks like the astng package 
is not installed correctly or is not installed in a correct version. 

You can download the latest version of pylint and its dependencies from 
http://www.logilab.org/project/pylint
http://www.logilab.org/project/logilab-astng
http://www.logilab.org/project/logilab-common

Tell us if this fixes your problem.
