Please join the python-projects mailing list to discuss narval related
issues. I'm sending you an invitation right now. 

You do not need an account to contribute to narval at first. You just
need to run 

hg clone http://www.logilab.org/src/narval 

and you will have the sources. Please ask questions on the mailing list
and we will help you as much as possible.
