[Python-projects] Logilab-common license

Hello:

The project page for logilab-common states that the license is LGPL
(http://www.logilab.org/project/logilab-common). However, the tarball
itself has GPL v2 COPYING file, and every file is marked as GPL v2 in
the header.

Which one is it? It's very important from the point of view of packaging.
