[Python-projects] Pylint source package "pylint-0.15.2.tar.gz" install problem!

python setup.py build
python setup.py install

Pylint cann't be installed ("epylint.bat" file is missing under bin 
folder), until You modified "__pkginfo__.py" script (line 53), or create 
Your own "epylint.bat" (if you know how, of course - I don't :(  ) and 
place him to bin folder...
Is this '.bat' file exist somewhere for download? And when will be fixed 
original source package on the official logilab site?

Btw, what is used for this "epylint" part of installation package 
(previous version of Pylint that I used is 0.14.0, and at that time 
there is no "epylint" in the package)?
