If you read the recent archives you will see that this has been
discussed, and it looks like it is a pygtk issue.

But since you provide no context, it is hard to tell if this is the
case. 

Pylint is very useable for us and many other people out there. This bug
should be fixed in 0.12.2 (see http://www.logilab.org/3128 for a list of
what should be changed in this release)

Hey Barry, this is free software, remember ? It comes with no warranty.
Read the license if you're not sure. 

We do our best to release pylint with as little bugs as possible. It
costs us valuable time to do so, even for bugs which do not affect our
use of pylint on our projects. We ask for nothing in return, not even
contribution in source code. I would expect you to know this, since you
are an active member of the F/OSS world.

Next time, try to be more helpful by providing a context to your bug
report. And typing "please" and "thanks" probably won't tear your
fingers apart will it?
