[Python-projects] Pylint 12.1 dependencies problem

I just upgraded astng to 0.16.2 and common to 0.21.0 (I already had PyLint 
0.12.1) and now "pylint --version" does not work anymore: the "--version" 
option seems to have disappeared.

Other than that, it seems to work fine: it produced the same report as the 
previous version did.
