hum, sorry, we are currently backporting content into our new
logilab.org site and some stuff still missing. I've added the missing
latest version to the project home page and the download link is back.
But, heerr, broken. I'll fix this during the day but I can't do it right
now. However the ftp seems to work correctly, and you can get latest
versions of pylint (0.12.1), astng (0.16.1) and common (0.21.0) from it.

usually it's not necessary, and if it was, "uninstanll" is not handled
by distutils but deleting package directories is enough (eg pylint,
logilab/astng and logilab/common directories in python'site-packages
directory or another specified at install time).
