I have not been using windows for years, but last time I looked, it
had a packaging system and a graphical interface to add and remove
pieces of software. I wish windows users would build on that and spend
time reimplementing or porting something like apt on top of this
packaging system instead of reinventing the wheel and telling proved
systems to cope with it.
